GRANT OF LICENSE

GRANT OF LICENSE. This License Agreement permits you
to use one copy of HORSERACE on a single computer.

COPYRIGHT. HORSERACE is owned by Nags Head Software
and is protected by United States copyright laws. Therefore you must
treat HORSERACE like any other copyrighted material. You may make one
copy for backup or archival purposes.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not rent or lease
HORSERACE e.g. including but not limited to selling the results of HORSERACE
to third parties without the consent of Nags Head Software. You may
not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble HORSERACE

LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES. Nags Head
Software expressly disclaims any warranty for HORSERACE. HORSERACE and
any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The
entire risk arising out of use or performance of HORSERACE remains with
you.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES. Nags Head Software's entire
liability and your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for
the software.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no
event shall Nags Head Software or its suppliers be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of
business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or
any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use
HORSERACE.
