If you are not comfortable doing this you should ask for help from a "computer" person.
Press simultaneously Ctrl, Alt, and Del and click on Task Manager
Click on File and Run New Task
Type cmd.exe in the Open box
Check the create this task with admin privileges box
Press enter
You should get a black box screen for command prompt

cd C:\Program Files\Horserace (or Program Files (x86) if msflxgrd.ocx is in that folder)
Type
Regsvr32 msflxgrd.ocx (note one space after Regsvr32)
You should get a Successful message Q:Lost registration number or lost program. A:Download and install the current free trial version and order an update for a small charge from the order page to receive a new registration number. Must provide the name of the original purchaser to qualify for an updated version. Q:Program screen won't fit on the display. A:After entering all of the horses don't forget to click Update Horses. Q: I have not received a program registration number A: Check your SPAM folder first. Registration numbers are usually provided within a few minutes after ordering. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received your registration number please email us at Q: What is the difference between the trial and full program versions A: The trial version only allows up to four bettors. Otherwise it has the same functions as the full version. Full version function is unlocked in a trial version by placing an order and entering a program registration number sent by email after the order is processed. You do not need to download again if the trial version is already installed. By entering the registration number received with your order the full program function is activated. Q: What do I need to do to use my DYMO receipt printer? A: You will need HORSERACE Version 6.0 or later released in January, 2006. Click the Update button to order an upgrade. At Control Panel, Printers select your DYMO printer and make it the default printer by clicking File, Open, Make Default. Right click on the DYMO printer and click Properties, Print Preferences, Advanced, Paper Size, Continuous Wide, OK Q: How can I export files to a CD or thumb drive?
